@VerizonSupport It was for my home dsl and phone service, which I got installed on the 14th and it’s now the 25th and still no service, and the company lied and stated they came out when yet I took off work 3 times to wait for a tech to come to my home and no one showed

@VerizonSupport Thank you for this number, it did get me in contact with someone---who could absolutely not help because apparently "not being able to get in contact with a verzion representative for 3 weeks" wasn't a good enough reason for ya'll to not charge me for an entire month of a service

No internet for 4 days! Gotta love @Ask_Spectrum and @GetSpectrum for their overpriced bullsh*t! All my neighbors and friends with any other service such as frontier/Verizon/att all have had stable internet for over 36 hours. Hoping to make the switch next billing cycle. FML

@AnaCabrera Perseverance is an synonym of being a Verizon Wireless Customer. We can put a probe on Mars but after 18 days since tried to start Verizon Wireless cell phone service they still can't get my order right. Imagine that @VZWSupport

@FrenchRainez Mama, ABC13 local news says Verizon and TMobile are having issues dropping calls and missing texts. their celltowers froze over and there are issues. It may be that.
