So @verizonfios ... I’ve had my router for 5 year and my wife service in my room sucks, so the only thing you guys can do is offer my a new router at $10.00 a month more added to my bill like there customer aren’t in a economic crisis.

@verizonfios the new guide isn't really adjustable, it fills the entire screen and now now longer has a "picture-in-picture" so that i can still see what i'm watching while checking the guide out.. your faq link you mentioned earlier doesn't provide any guide help.. terrible!

@verizonfios you guys did me ***** today when you hooked up my new cable boxes and gigabit internet connection. My TV is tiling like a ***** and I’m not happy with the outcome of my upgrade. I’ve been on hold for 20 mins. sh*tty service.

@Phatpuss*Biiih My system crashed all day. I spent the last half of the day troubleshooting an issue I have no control over. Our VPN is NOT robust enough to handle the traffic. I have the best internet service( top teir FiOS gigabyte plan) plus cat6 ethernet cables. It's not me it's them.

@OsoChic81 @verizonfios ...AND i cannot for the life of me get the guide to skip to the next time slot, but hitting the "left" arrow resets the guide to the current time.. i gave up in frustration & used my ps4 to access viewable content for the rest of the night.. they need to undo or fix the menu ASAP

I don’t know how it’s possible that I pay for the top @verizonfios internet plan but never have enough internet.

@optimum @OptimumHelp I’ve only had my Gateway router for a week and having connection issues. Cannot access remote settings and told it’s an ongoing issue. Only alternative? Wiping my router clean and resetting my SSID. Really? I had no such issues with @verizonfios !

The last 24 hours:@verizonfios gets installed, I'm told I can't come ask questions (with a mask on) because it'll make him work slower.@Verizon wireless become a new customer and 24 hours later I've spent 6 hours on the phone with no end in sight to use service. What a joke.
