A completed registration form will hold your place until I return to Oregon on June 15, 2009. A non-refundable deposit will continue to hold your place if paid by June 15. Please register as early as possible. The balance will be due three months before departure except for Pacific Northwest destinations, which are two months before departure. I will send email confirmation after receipt of the registration form. Please do not send deposits before June 15, 2009.
Individuals interested in accompanying a friend or a spouse, but not participating in a workshop are most welcome. The cost for non-workshop-attending companions will equal $200 less than the regular cost of the workshop.
Refund policy: The last payment is refundable only with a written medical excuse at least 31 days before departure, or if the space can be filled. No refunds can be made after this time.
